FAST CARS

A salesman in my Dads store swore the following is a true story.  He said His Brother was a State Trooper in Miss. and was a part of the action.

A man in an old Model A Ford was having car trouble. A man in a new Lincoln stopped to help the fellow.  They tied the Model A behind the Lincoln and the driver of the Lincoln told the A Model to blow his horn if He got too fast or if His car started or He got to fast.  The car ahead got too fast and the man blew the A Models horn.  The Lincoln got to eighty-five and the two cars passed a State Trooper hid in a sped trap.  He radioed to His fellow Trooper up the road and told Him that a Lincoln would pass going about eighty five, “don’t stop Him, and get the Model A tooting his horn to pass”.
