Well now what Gov. Jindal?
Governor Jindal according to press reports you are moving right along on what your program is. But the City of Monroe is doing you one better. They claim they are spending wisely etc. but are also cleaning up the city of all the trash and other garbage. It will be something to be driving alone I 20 among the plastic containers of all shapes and other trash and come upon a clean spot in the State. I think if Toyota or some big Company is looking at our fair State it would be a real good idea to have them enter a State that was clean on the surface. That way you might have a better chance of selling them on the idea that the State was clean on the inside (political) as well. Take a look at Texas. It makes a person feel pretty good to go into a State that is clean on the surface. Why that person might think Texas is clean under the surface. I of course do not know whether it is or not. I do not know whether Louisiana is clean any where.
