SCAMS, LITTER, AMID LOUISIANA.

Today, my wife and I had to take a small trip about our state. We have a new Governor that promised the Nation and the world will look at Louisiana in a new way. With a new Ethics code (I thought the old one was fine) a budget surplus that outshines anything I can remember even in the Convict’s time; we are in tall cotton. Well there has not been any thing said about litter and similar such items that turned off the folks that made the first tour of the big mega site at Holly Ridge. A scam where the card balance says one hundred dollars but the total amount bought at different times does not add up to be one hundred dollars, or the back hard surfaces roads (were referred to as farm to market) when justified as needed and we could go on and on about the billions to be spent on either Industry or a superhighway needed to connect the super highways and the smaller town to town hard surfaced roads to go with the ports on the mud holes the Corps of Engineers made of fine rivers. It seems to me the Governor (if He is to be the peoples Governor) should have gotten a group of people together and decided what Louisiana needed not just people that talked the loudest and bragged the loudest for him while the election was on. I am afraid we have a governor that will be more like the last ones we have had, except He will be for the elite instead of the common man.

P.S. Monroe is cleaning up their city. I guess the New Governor is going so fast He has not seen how dirty and filthy our state is.
